CARAT Ready-Made Software Is Now Available For Subscription Only

We are pleased to announce that our entire range of ready-made CARAT software is now available as a Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) instead of the previous model of the licence amount being paid at the beginning and followed by an annual maintenance contract.

With SaaS, CARAT software is now offered for use in return for a subscription amount that includes the software licence and support packaged together.

You may choose to subscribe on a monthly or yearly basis. If you choose the latter, you pay for 10 months instead of 12.

Preparing for e-invoicing involves entering relevant fields like your tax identification number (TIN) and business registration number (BRN) and getting your client ID and secret keys. To get you started quickly, we include remote assistance to get your system ready with all required fields at no cost to you.

When you start using Combo, there will not be any data except for default values. We will guide you on how to quickly get your data into Combo to start using it.

Cloud and Office Versions

One-Time or Subscription Payment

You have a choice on whether to pay a one-time licence fee for either the Cloud or Office versions or pay a monthly subscription for the FC Cloud version.

If you choose the one-time payment, you get a lifetime licence to use Combo. It includes 12 months of support and services which covers telephone, email and chat support, program updates, appointment of C T Software as an intermediary to submit e-invoices on your behalf and submission of e-invoices via API.

Alternatively, you can choose to pay a low cost monthly subscription to use Combo. Aside from the benefit of matching your expense against your income for the month, support and services are included at no extra cost.

Support and Services Plan (Cloud and Office Versions)
After the first 12 months, you may optionally extend the support and services plan by paying a flat RM390.00 per year regardless of the edition or version that you use. If you do not need support and services, you may continue to use Combo without them.

Easy Payment Plans
If you purchase the Office versions, you have the option to pay them in 3 monthly interest-free instalments.

Value For Money
It is very cost effective to use Combo. Prices start from RM39.00 / month or RM999.00 for a one-time lifetime licence.

We consider client support as an important part of our services and as such, our clients will get prompt responses when they contact us. We know that it is frustrating to not receive a quick reply when you have an urgent question. If you use our software, you will never have to wait.

Fast Program Updates
If you report an issue with Combo, it should take less than 24 hours for the problem to be fixed and an update to be ready for deployment automatically for the cloud versions or manually with the office version. In most cases, a couple of hours is all that is required.
Report Formatting (Existing Reports)
Combo already includes a report writer for you to amend the report formats that you send to your debtors. If you would like us to do it for you because you want it done quickly and without mistakes, we offer a report formatting service for the following reports at a nominal fee of RM150.00 per report or RM900 for all reports:-

Report Creation
We also offer report creation services for additional reports that you want. Unlike report formatting, there are essentially no restrictions on the design and content. Account Setup
It is quite easy to enter your codes and opening balances into Combo. However, if you would like is to setup your software with your codes and opening balances based on printouts or source files exported from other systems, please contact us for a quote. The cost is based on the time required to enter or import your data.

Suggested Enhancements

Combo is enhanced on a regular basis and more modules and features are added constantly based on client feedback and internal planning. Let us know if you would like us to add a feature that you think would be useful for the majority of users. We will consider including it. There is no charge for this service.
