How The Process Works
- You request for a systems study on your requirements
- We prepare the proposal and quotation and submit to you
- You go over it and request amendments as needed and we resubmit an amended proposal and quotation
- Upon acceptance by you and payment of the initial amount, we start the project
- Depending on the project size, we inform you or demonstrate work done in stages. Interim payments are paid as needed.
- We complete the project and deliver, install and implement it at your office (or designated install point)
- You make the payment on-delivery for the project
- The 12 month telephone and email support and warranty period commences. Program patches for bugs are despatched electronically for download from our web site.
- You make the final payment one month after delivery of the project
Pricing And Payments
- The cost is estimated based on the complexity and time required to complete the project
- Payments are split into "at beginning", "interim" (if project timeframe is long), "on delivery" and "one month after delivery" stages
- Travelling expenses are billed as and when incurred if visits outside Kuala Lumpur or Petaling Jaya are required
