Why should you use CARAT Moneo? There are many types of reminders you can keep track off. Recurring reminders (birthdays, anniversaries, rental payments, road tax, insurance), one-off reminders (appointments, to-do items, meetings) and even messages can be tracked. Each reminder has an assoociated expiry date with a grace number of days before the reminder becomes due. Reminders are colour-coded to give you a visual cue of their expiry statuses. An amount can also be matched with the reminder so that you can have some sort of a budget. CARAT Moneo starts with your computer and if there are any reminders due, they will be displayed. You can filter reminders in many ways possible; by description, expiry date, grace days, days due, amounts, who created them and any combination of them. While you are entering reminders, you can call up a calendar to view dates or calculator to compute amounts to speed up your data entry. You can group reminders under user-defined categories, make backups of data files, restore backups and even delete all reminders should you choose to start over. If you are using the Professional Edition, you can create unlimited reminders, unlimied categories and unlimited users. Reminders created by a user cannot be changed or deleted by another user. However, you can choose to allow other users to view your reminders if you target the reminder to "Everyone" or to a specified user. CARAT Moneo is suitable for use in:-
