If you own a business where customers walk in and give you their personal details so that you can pull up their records, CARAT Registration System (REGSYS) is the software for you. Imagine this software started and waiting in the computer at the reception. A customer opens the door and walks up. He or she asks to see someone for an appointment and says that they have visited before. They don't know what they previously registered under. You ask for either their name, I/C number or telephone number. You start the advanced search module and keys in one of the data item. REGSYS displays the possible persons and you select one of them. If no record is found, you create one for them.

REGSYS also allows you to keep visit records that you can review as a history for the customer. Full security control is available to prevent unauthorised access to the data records, if needed.
