Description

PAYUGO (Pay-As-You-Go) |
This plan does not require an annual fee and is for users who want to pay for support only when it is required. Therefore, any work done to fix or enhance programs or check data will incur a cost.

Standard
|
This plan covers all work done to fix the program or data checking for a fixed fee based on a percentage of the total cost per program or a minimum, whichever is higher, at the beginning of the support year. Enhancement requests will attract a separate fee.
For users who do not have many programs that need support, require few enhancements and who want to ensure that these programs are running smoothly, this plan will be suitable for them.

| Premium |
This plan is for users who either have many programs or one or more high-value programs. They expect that a number of enhancements will be needed for the support year and they want to save costs.
For a fixed fee, users are entitled to support for ALL actively used programs.

- All above plans include free unlimited e-mail and telephone support.

- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- For off-the-shelf programs, there is an annual fixed support fee that covers technical support (e-mail and telephone) and program updates/upgrades.
