What Happens When You Do Not Have A Support Contract?

If you do not have a support contract, you will still be able to use your CARAT software and you can still contact us via telephone and email to report any technical issues you have.

However, you will not receive the following support services:-
  • Remote access support
  • WhatsApp support
  • Program updates
Instead, we will redirect you to an FAQ or a How-To article if one is available.
