Perform a JomPAY transaction to biller code 80358 in the name of C T SOFTWARE, or
Perform an Inter-Bank GIRO (IBG) transaction to our RHB Bank account of 2123-211000-4145 in the name of C T SOFTWARE, or

4. Issue a cheque to C T SOFTWARE with the account number as 2123-211000-4145 and drop it into RHB Bank's cheque deposit machine

Delivery

If you purchase from Shopee or Lazada, a printed user's guide will be couriered to you. Wait until you receive the guide and follow the instructions within it to download and install and/or use the software/application.
If you pay by cheque, we will email you the user's guide or activate your account upon clearance of the cheque, typically within 3 working days after deposit
If you pay online, we will email you the user's guide or activate your account within a few hours of receiving your payment.

The user's guide is an important document which contains your licence number, activation code, client code or default password which you use to access the Client Access Manager (CLAM) to download your software, if applicable. Deliveries are carried out and services provided only after payment has been received.
