STANDARD CARATWEB APPLICATIONS ARE NOW AVAILABLE!
We are pleased to announce that standard applications for CARATWEB are now available. These modules are created for users who want to use un-customised software for their company and business. CARATWEB is hosted in the cloud and you can access them using a standard web browser on your desktop, laptop, tablet and smartphone. A screen resolution of at least 1024 x 800 is recommended for viewing and using the modules.

Our initial modules consist of the following:-

•   Appointments management
•   Change of preferences

WHY CREATE YOUR OWN CARATWEB APPLICATIONS?
When Certain Operations Must Never Stop


Some operations of a company cannot stop for long periods of time whether it is due to hardware or software failure. For example, a distributor delivers and invoices items on a constant basis by virtue of its business type. If delivery orders and invoices cannot be generated and attached with the items, manual operations will have to be carried out followed by re-entering data when the computers are online again.

In this scenario, a CARATWEB application for creating and generating these documents can immediately be activated so that the operations can continue. Once the computers are available, entered data from the web can be pulled back into the main system.

Query And Record Transactions When You Are Not In The Office


Many staff members in the marketing and sales departments continue to query stock information and record sales and order transactions while they are not in the office. CARATWEB applications allow these personnel to continue to manage important data when they need it most. Entering data from outside the office allows information to be up to-date, avoids staff from having to return to the office to enter the data and reduces company overtime expenses.

Keep Track Of Operations Discreetly


CARATWEB applications allow the management to access and report on data all over the world without having to be there or asking the staff for information. They can check the performance of individual branches, combine data from several branches, monitor operations and do so in a short period of time. Store Your Database In The Cloud (Or Your Computer)  And Access It Anywhere


It doesn't matter if you have a database of stamps, items to shop, case files, lost and found items, complaints and so on. If you feel that the database is useful enough that you need access to it wherever you are, we can create a CARATWEB application for it. You do not need to worry about setting up the database, hardware and other things. Just tell us what you want and we can design it, drop the application wherever it is needed, set up the web server and you can start using it.
CLOUD OR YOUR OWN COMPUTER?
You can run CARATWEB applications in the cloud or in your computer. The cloud refers to a group of computers which are managed by a third party and your software and data will reside in them. These computers are connected to the Internet and run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You pay a monthly or annual fee to use them and you can either manage them yourself, have the third party manage them or hire us to manage them for you. The benefit of the cloud is that it is available all the time and you do not have to bother with the hardware or the operating system that is installed. You just have to manage the CARATWEB application and your data.

If you install and use CARATWEB in your own computer, you have to ensure that the server computer has sufficient speed to handle requests from the users, manage the computer and decide if you want to leave it on all the time. The benefit is that there are no monthly fees to pay and it is easier to maintain ownership and control over your data and allows sharing of your Windows software data.

We cater to installations and usage of CARATWEB applications in both types of locations, switching of locations or a mix of locations.
PRICING FOR STANDARD CARATWEB APPLICATIONS
Our prices for the standard CARATWEB applications are based on the monthly or annual subscription method. If you choose the 12 month subscription, you pay for 10 months only.

The subscription fee for each module is RM10.00 per month for 300 records and one user. If you pay monthly, your amount for 12 months is RM120.00. If paid annually, the amount is RM100.00.

Additional users may be added at RM5.00 each per month and additional records may be added in blocks of 300 records at RM10.00 per month.

Modules currently available for subscription are the assets, menus, customers, stocks, orders, booking and appointments. Modules for preferences and users are included at no charge. New modules will added from time to time and you will be informed of their availability.

In conjunction with the live launch of the standard CARATWEB applications, we are announcing two limited time offers.

: New CARATWEB Applications

We are offering a 15% discount*** on all quotations for customised CARATWEB applications accepted and initial payment made by 13th March 2018 or a 10% discount*** for quotations accepted and initial payment made from 14th March 2018 to 20th March 2018. These new applications will also enjoy a waiver of maintenance contract fees for 2 years.

: Use Of CARATWEB Sales Order Modules Together With CARAT GSTA Flex


From now until 13th March 2018, new orders for CARAT GSTA Flex** at RM1,999.00 each or upgrade orders from any previous* CARAT GSTA software to CARAT GSTA Flex** for RM999.00 each will allow the user to additionally do the following:-

•   Online addition, change, display and deletion of sales orders from anywhere where an Internet connection is available
•   Sales orders received may be used to create delivery orders and invoices without having to re-key the orders
