If you have a Payex payment gateway account, you have the option of enabling the shipping feature. With it, you can use it to ship your products via a number of couriers. However, if you use the shipping option from within your Payex account, you can only ship items that your customers have paid you via Payex's payment gateway.

What if you want to ship products that are not paid through Payex or you just want to ship on your own?

iCARAT ShipEzy is the answer. It is a web program that uses Payex's shipping API to allow you to ship your products via Payex's list of couriers from multiple senders to multiple recipients.

ShipEzy is available in 3 editions. Two are cloud-based while one is on-premises. If you use the cloud hosted editions, there is no installation necessary. The on-premises edition require installation. A comparison table between the three editions is shown below.

  • ShipEzy Starter: To sign up, click the "Sign Up" button to pay the one-time signup fee. Upon receipt of your payment, your company ID and default user ID and password will be emailed to you.
  • ShipEzy Advanced: To purchase the subscription, click on either the "Pay Monthly" or "Pay Yearly" buttons above. Upon receipt of payment, your company ID and default user ID and password will be emailed to you.
  • ShipEzy Desktop: This edition is meant to be installed in your own computer. To purchase, click the "Buy Now" button above. Upon receipt of payment, your program download link, company ID and default user ID and password will be emailed to you.

 

Legend:-

  • 1 -  ShipEzy Starter is meant for users who do not use courier services frequently. The RM1.00 charge is applicable once you create a delivery order with Payex and is billed every 30 days.
  • 2 -  Each ShipEzy Desktop edition includes 12 months of technical support and program updates. You may opt to extend the support contract for another 12 months after it expires by paying the RM190.00.
