Information About Software Under The Early E-Invoice Experience Programme (EEEP)*
The accounting software under this programme are being upgraded to support the mandatory e-invoicing requirements from the IRBM (Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia). The earliest implementation date is 1st August 2024 and the last implementation date is 1st July 2025.
If you purchase software and services under this programme, you will be able to use the software as they are being amended to include the e-invoicing features while using it for daily transactions. This gives you time to be familiar with the use of the e-invoicing software earlier than other users and you will also have the privilege of giving feedback and suggesting improvements.
In addition, you will receive 18 months of support services instead of the normal 12.
The prices cover support services, pre-release software and consultancy services for e-invoicing onboarding. They will be increased every 3 months until they reach a final figure that reflects the true value of the software. The scheduled prices are shown below:-
Support service extensions are optional for CARAT and iCARAT hybrid software and required for iCARAT cloud software.
The last day for the EEEP is 30th June 2025.
