• CARAT and CARAT+ includes support and program updates under the support and services plan (SSP) for the first 12 months or the duration of a subscription, whichever is applicable.
• The SSP is renewed annually after the first 12 months for a licence purchase.
• Active subscriptions include the SSP and no extra payment is necessary.

Payment Methods

We accept payments using one of the following methods:-

• FPX, Visa/MasterCard, Grab Pay, Touch n' Go, Shopee Pay and DuitNow QR
• Buy software licences from Shopee or Lazada
• Log into your online bank account and perform an Inter-Bank GIRO (IBG) or DuitNow transaction to our RHB Bank account of 2123-211000-4145 in the name of C T SOFTWARE
• Issue a cheque to C T SOFTWARE with the account number as 2123-211000-4145 and drop it into RHB Bank's cheque deposit machine. Send us a WhatsApp message with your details and a screenshot of the deposit slip.

All sales are final and subject to our terms of sale. Cancellations, returns or refunds are not permitted except with respect to any statutory warranties or guarantees that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
