Payment Methods

We accept payments using one of the following methods:-

• FPX, Visa/MasterCard, Grab Pay, Touch n' Go, Shopee Pay and DuitNow QR
• DuitNow transaction to our RHB Bank account of 2123-211000-4145 in the name of C T SOFTWARE
• JomPay to C T Software's biller code of 80358 and reference 1 of 113118
• Issue a cheque to C T SOFTWARE for the amount of purchase with our bank account number of 2123-211000-4145 written behind the cheque and drop it into RHB Bank's cheque deposit machine. Send us a WhatsApp message with your details and a screenshot of the deposit slip.

Invoice

If you need an invoice before purchase, please contact us and provide the following information:-

• Software to purchase
• Company name
• BRN (if any)
• TIN (if any)
• Address
• Telephone number
• Email address
• Contact person

Note: If you need an e-invoice, scan the e-invoice request QR code at the bottom of the invoice within the month of purchase.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

All sales are final and subject to our terms of sale. Cancellations, returns or refunds are not permitted except with respect to any statutory warranties or guarantees that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
