  • Free software - After you sell the first copy of a software, you will get a free lifetime licence of the highest edition of the software you sold
  • Free priority support - You will get a free annual priority maintenance contract for this software
  • Free knowledge - You will be able to tap our years of experience and knowledge in software, accounting and current topics; like e-invoicing
  • Free newsletters - You will get exclusive newsletters that allow you to know our products better, cover tips/how-tos and get the latest information

 

Existing Clients

 

If you are currently using our software and you refer the same software to another client, you get the following benefits for the first referral:-

 

  • Free upgrade to the highest edition of the software you are using
  • Free upgrade to the priority maintenance contract if you are on the basic maintenance contract
  • Waiver of the annual priority maintenance contract fees

Commissions

 

You will get the following commissions for software licence, add-on and subscription referrals:-

 

Where Technical Support Is Provided By C T Software (CTS)

 

  • 20% on list prices

 

Where Technical Support Is Handled By You

 

  • 30% on list prices

 

Notes:-

 

  • Technical support refers to the services provided to solve problems with the software. It covers phone, email, chat, remote access and program updates.
  • If CTS provides technical support, the client only contacts CTS to ask for help if they encounter a problem.
  • If you provide technical support, the client will always contact you if they have a problem.
  • Commissions will be paid upon receipt and clearance of payment
  • Commissions are not applicable for renewals of annual maintenance contracts or purchases of additional user access licences.

Registry

 

We have a registry where we have a list of partners who provide services for bookkeeping, payroll and implementation using one or more of our software. In addition, they may also refer our software to prospects based on their requirements and needs. to Here, you can search for partners who have offices near where you operate, filter partners who provide services that you are looking for and choose partners who provide other services such as taxation, secretarial, legal and others.

 

Use it to look for partners who are knowledgeable in our software and who can provide you the best service using them.

Terms and Conditions

 

We have a very short list of terms and conditions for partners:-

 

  • Partners are required to provide one or more of the services listed in their partner profile at least once per year
  • Partners are expected to provide fast and knowledgeable support to clients at all times
  • Partners must promptly remit any payments due to CTS so that clients are not denied access to support and use of their software

 

How To Refer A Client?

 

Option A - You issue an invoice to the client

 

  • You advise us on the software desired.
  • We issue an invoice (or e-invoice if set) to you.
  • You issue an invoice to the client.
  • When the client pays you, you pay our invoice
  • You issue an invoice (or e-invoice, if available) for the commission amount. (If you are unable to issue an invoice because you are an individual that does not conduct business, we will issue a self-billed e-invoice)
  • We pay your invoice or the self-billed e-invoice.

 

Option B - We issue an invoice to the client

 

  • You give us the client's details and the software desired.
  • We issue an invoice (or e-invoice if set) to the client
  • When the client pays us, we request you to issue us an invoice (or e-invoice, if available) for the commission amount.  (If you are unable to issue an invoice because you are an individual that does not conduct business, we will issue a self-billed e-invoice)
  • We pay your invoice or the self-billed e-invoice.

 

At the end of either option,

 

  • we prepare the software for the client
  • either we provide support for the client or you do so

 

Becoming a Partner

 

If you are considering being a partner, please review all the above information for partners and explore this web site to get acquainted with what we do. When you are ready, do the following:-

 

  • Click here to add and submit your profile (Note: Your profile will be not be visible in the registry while it is being verified)
  • Reply to the confirmation email
  • Wait for up to 24 hours while your profile is validated
  • If there are no issues, you will receive an email informing you that your partnership request has been accepted.
  • You should now see your profile in the registry. You are now officially a partner!

 

Updating Your Partner Profile

 

If you wish to change your profile, do the following:-

 

  • Enter https://caratplus.my/partners?change=<your partner code> in your browser where <your partner code> should be replaced with your actual partner code. For example, if your partner code is 9123456, use https://caratplus.my/partners?change=9123456. (Note: If the code you entered cannot found, the application will inform you accordingly)
  • Make relevant changes to your profile data and save them (Note: Your profile will be not be visible in the registry while it is being verified)
  • Wait for up to 24 hours while your changes are validated
  • If there are no issues, you will receive an email informing you that your profile changes have been accepted.
  • You should now see your profile again in the registry
