Tracking collections for managed property is now made easy using CARAT+ Titan. Whether you are in charge of a residential area where only security fees are collected or a condominium where multiple types of fees are charged, this software handles the process quickly and easily.

As it is cloud based, you can use from anywhere and anytime without the need to install it in your computer. You do not need to worry about or handle program updates as these will be done automatically for you.

Additionally, CARAT+ Titan is priced based on the number of units you wish to manage. If your property has 1,000 units but only 300 are occupied and earning income, you can pay to use CARAT+ Titan to manage just the 300 units. You can increase or decrease the number of managed units as and when you like.

Note: A unit is a structure with an address or common areas used by the occupants of the units such as playgrounds, swimming pools, washrooms, etc.
